    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think the country is watching. There is no way the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs can refer to the Kenyan Constitution as it were, without referring to the National Accord. In fact, it is clear that what is in that Accord overrides the sections he is trying to improperly impute. I think the Minister should come up with a better answer to this House. The Chair recently made a ruling here that was clear to the country. We cannot sit back and watch the Minister lie to this country."
