    "content": "In this Bill, there is the issue of intellectual property rights on our culture. We need to strengthen this because so many people have been appropriating our cultural issues. For example, our cultural dresses are sold for a song and yet, that is who we are. In the United States of America (USA) there is a very big issue called cultural appropriation. That, when you see people doing or saying things that is not theirs, they say they do not want to culturally appropriate. In the same manner, we need to use the same terminology and criminalise cultural appropriation or find a way to preserve our culture.
