    "content": " Thank you very much Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this debate that I like. The Culture Bill 2024 has been moved very ably by the Whip of the Majority Party. I have been listening and I am one of the people who love their culture and just get excited about it. I have been so excited this evening seeing that there are many people like me. I support this Bill fully because it is informed by Article 11 of the Constitution of Kenya, which recognises culture. Culture is the foundation of a nation. It is the cumulative civilisation of the Kenyan people and the nation. It commits the Government to promote all forms of national and cultural expressions. In fact, what excites me is that all forms of national and cultural expressions are through literature, arts, traditional celebrations, science, communication, information, mass media, publications, libraries and other cultural heritage.
