In fact, this Bill should have been introduced many years ago so that our young people can enjoy it and we could harness the potential of our culture. I support this Bill because of its intention. The Bill seeks to facilitate the implementation of international conventions and treaties that have been ratified by Kenya. This will take us to another level. We will make our people proud of their culture and also make use of the elderly among us now, so that they can bring forth the beauty of our culture."
