    "content": "I support this Bill because Clauses 5 to 19 establish the management of culture in Kenya and delineate the function of both the national Government and county governments. I fully support this. Our county governments should explore ways to promote the different cultural practices that are there. Harmful practices such as FGM, early marriages and inheritance of women should be set aside. However, good cultural practices should be enhanced and promoted so that even our young people can have a place where they can go and appreciate the value of our cultures."
