    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to join my colleagues in supporting the Bill. I appreciate the Leader of the Majority Party for moving it. A lot has been said about our culture. When you read our Constitution, you appreciate that our culture is well recognised in it. The Swahili say muachamila ni mtumwa. That means culture has always been at the centre of our lives. I want to, very briefly, pick on three or four items from the Bill. Any time I sit in this House, like now, when it is extremely hot out there, I wonder why we must be in suits and ties.
