    "content": " Hon. Senators, as you can see on the Order Paper, today, we are expecting two Cabinet Secretaries: The Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, hon. (Eng.) Eric Muriithi Mugaa, and the Cabinet Secretary for Health, hon. (Dr.) Deborah Barasa. It has come to my attention that the Cabinet Secretary of Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation is accompanying His Excellency the President on a working tour or trip to Mombasa. Therefore, he has requested the Senate to indulge him so that he can try to sort out the water issues in the Coast Region. Noting that the Coast has water-scarce counties, from where I sit and the Senate Business Committee, we have agreed with his request. However, he should note that next time he is available in this town, he should appear before the Senate to answer the questions from the Senators. Then we have the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Dr. Deborah Barasa. I am told she is around so that we will start with her and the four questions directed to her.
