    "content": "(Hon. (Dr.) Deborah Barasa): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we would like to inform you that we acknowledge and send our apologies. Out of the three times that we have been summoned, we have been able to attend two meetings which were quite fruitful and we were able to pick some critical concerns that we addressed and innovative ideas that we were able to implement. As I said earlier on, we appreciate the wok of the Senate and would like to collaborate together to ensure that Taifa Care becomes a success. So, out of the three, we attended two. We missed one because of a Cabinet meeting and I shared the same with Sen. mandago. However, moving forward, we would like to assure you that we shall collaborate. Indeed, health is devolved and these are critical things that we need to look into to ensure that we have successful implementation of Taifa Care. So, we apologise and assure you that you will not see another incident like this."
