    "content": "Baby Arianna suffered from Pearson disorder, and she is the 10th patient in the world to get that particular disorder. Therefore, there is no way the Ministry would say that they are not aware of such a patient who has such a rare disorder. The hospitals in India have actually been using her case as a success of Pearson's disorder that has been treated. It is a genetic disorder that has been treated. Unfortunately, we lost baby Arianna. By the time she passed on, her bill was Kshs1.6 million. Social Heath Authority (SHA) has now paid is Kshs23,000. Therefore, can we not use this case to gauge whether SHA is working or not? This is because, Kshs23,000 out of Kshs1,600,000 is such a small and negligible percentage. You cannot keep reading statistics to say this is the money that we have, these are the number of patients that have been taken care of--- On this specific case that you must be aware of because it is a very rare disorder, tell us why SHA has paid Kshs23,000. First, confirm whether SHA has paid Kshs23,000 and secondly, tell us why SHA can pay Kshs23,000 out of a bill of Kshs1,600,000."
