Given what we were transacting, I was not able to recognise St. Gregory Koru Girls School from Muhoroni Constituency, Kisumu County. They were seated in the Speaker’s Gallery. Hon. K’Oyoo, I know you wanted to welcome that school. You are still allowed to go and welcome them within the precincts of Parliament."
