    "content": "Another important issue is having a data bank of certified insurance professionals so that if one wants to ascertain whether one is a registered insurance professional, one can do so by visiting an office or clicking a button. That will help Kenyans differentiate between genuine professionals and brokers, as there is so much money in this sector that brokers outnumber professionals. I want to see that situation reversed where we have more professionals than brokers. If we get to that level, we will be helping the country."
