Senators and parliamentary staff who are attending a capacity-building programme on legislative leadership and governance at the Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST). Hon. Senators, I request each Member of the delegation to stand when called out, so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition – (1) Hon. Sen.
