    "content": "There is a problem because it is providing even for non-existent offices. As a Parliament, looking at the economic situation right now, may I propose to the Attorney- General - so that we do not defeat the other important provisions - that no one is going to die if their salaries are not increased between now and the time that we are going to put in the Salaries Commission. Can you withdraw that particular provisions and bring a proper report before the House? Then, at the time that we shall set up the Salaries Commission, we shall proceed with that understanding. I urge the Attorney-General to withdraw that section to avoid complicating the rest of the Bill. The Attorney-General, the Chief Justice and others will not die of hunger, if their salaries are not increased between now and the time we will set up the Salaries Commission."
