    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Although the Cabinet Secretary for Health was here, there were questions that were not responded to very well and I will still ask them. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53 (1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Health, regarding the status of payment of liabilities of the defunct National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF).
