    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I have an intervention. I know that the matter we are discussing is very important. We had sought an adjournment on this matter of Turkana, but I am realising that the House is literally empty. Therefore, I wanted to rise under Standing Order No.41. Perhaps, this could have been necessitated by the fact that some of our colleagues are at the funeral of our departed brother, Sen. Cheptumo. I share the pain and losses that have been in Turkana. I hope we can find a broader solution based on what my dear friends and colleagues have shared, including what Sen. Sifuna has said. However, I wanted to ask whether due to the lack of quorum in this proceeding, you may consider invoking Standing Order No.1.
