    "content": "Time is up that the patient of the Republic of Kenya is confident enough to visit our health facilities because there are medicine, doctors are well enumerated, respected and the contracts given therefore by the Executive, can be documents that people can stand with and be proud of. Therefore, I want to concur with Hon. Members that it is a collective responsibility that every Senator wherever we come from, we keep check stock of what is happening across the country. I want to also support the Statement by Hon. Chute about this black fever. It is quite shocking that it takes a Senator to come here and yet we have an executive, directors, a governor, Ward representatives and administrators in that county. Why are we paying them salaries if they cannot stand up and blow the whistle that things are not going in the right direction? We have to turn around this country and not only by speaking. I want to request the leadership of the Senate to allocate more resources to Committees that are hands-on, reach out to Kenyans and that deal with the backbone of health, food, and security in this country.
