    "content": "money. They do not manage money for the maintenance and construction of roads. It is managed independently by the regional managers in charge of KURA, KeRRA, and KeNHA. They have their procurement teams that procure anything they want. Members of Parliament have nothing to do with the road funds. Hon. Speaker, we do not want to pick quarrels with anyone, but we must remain truthful to our Constitution. I believe Senior Counsel, Hon. Otiende Amollo, would agree with me.
