"content": "This particular amendment seeks to establish psychosocial support centres in every county. As Hon. Gichimu said, we need to look beyond counties. Some counties like Marsabit and Isiolo are vast. It is difficult to connect from one far end of the sub-county to the county headquarters. They are two worlds apart. It is time to support such an amendment. Let us secure the lives of the people we expect to secure our lives. Let us ensure they are well and their issues are addressed.
