Some of them get employed when they are young only to realise that their expenditure and income do not match. Why? Because during training, there is inadequate time to be taken through financial training. The proposed centres should provide a mechanism of continuous training to ensure that the officers are sensitised on financial management and how to integrate their families in financial decisions so that they can move together."
