In this regard, the council reiterates its commitment to address conflict, induced food insecurity, including famine in the situation of armed conflict.” In that presentation by the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, the Security Council reaffirms its commitment to full respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations. They have affected humanitarian assistance and development funding that the Turkana community used to benefit from the Government of the United States of America. That region has been benefiting a lot from humanitarian funding. Its termination will motivate more conflict between the two territories. A conflict between the citizens of two countries is an international problem, which its Government must take seriously. What the Turkana people are experiencing…"
