    "content": "Secondly, your direction will be important. Once constituted, I believe committees sit as a House and not as Minority or Majority. It will actually make us more comfortable when we have such a process going on. It is also important to remember that by the time we closed or by the time the Committee lapsed, we had issues with the Budget and Appropriations Committee. In fact, that is what has made me stand.
