    "content": "In future, Hon. Wamboka, when you have a matter of that nature, as a matter of courtesy, approach the Chairperson or the Speaker in his Chambers so that we can deal with it. Hon. Milemba and the Leader of the Majority Party have partly addressed the issue, and it is not without precedent. On 16th February 2016, Hon. John Mbadi Ng’ong’o raised exactly the same point of order when there was a similar situation. The Speaker ruled that due to strict timelines in the budget-making process and with the existence of the Liaison Committee, it could step in and handle the matter.
