    "content": " I am not asking Members of Parliament; I am asking Kenyans. They can tell us which governors are constructing any roads anywhere. If anything, the roads are maintained by KeRRA and then governors duplicate the same projects so that they loot from public coffers. We must call out this corruption for what it is. It is nothing other than blatant corruption in the counties. Governors are not fighting for this money because they intend to maintain any road. In my constituency, there is no single road that the County Government of Kiambu has maintained in the last three years. None. If you speak to constituents around the country, they will tell you the same.
