    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I do not have to respond to that comment because he is totally out of order. I have been very consistent in my support for the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) resources being appropriated through the constituency roads committees. That is the position we have taken as a Committee. Once again, I assure Members that we will continue engaging the Ministry, Kenya Roads Board (KRB) and Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) to ensure that nothing changes – the status quo remains. I urge the Executive to engage the Council of Governors and ensure that the Ksh10 billion that was frozen by the courts is released for the purpose of serving our people. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
