    "content": "The Bill should come out very clearly, whether this is a company or not. It says the corporation will help to transport and monitor. It acts as regulator and also a company because it also wants to help sell. The number of gold sites we have in Kenya should be made clear. If I am an international buyer, the corporation should direct me to the quantity I want. As much as I have not gone through the Bill fully, I cite there are areas that you should bring out as a regulator."
