    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for this opportunity. I rise to support this Bill, which comes at a time when we have too many issues in Kenya’s mining sector or generally mining. There is too much illegal mining going on, not only of gold but of other minerals, and there is a lot of exploitation of communities and locals due to their ignorance. I have gone through the Bill and I have not seen a provision for the local people and communities in terms of being licenced."
