"content": " Thank you for that directive to the leadership of the House. As I had said, our hearts go out to the family, friends and relatives of our departed colleague whose remains are being interred today. We pray that God provides fortitude to the family and everybody else to bear. For Malava Constituency, we are with you in prayers. For those who have cared to listen to me in the last three months, I have consistently raised a matter here that touches on not just Nyando Constituency, but many others that are represented in this House. Out of the agitation of this House, the Hon. Speaker directed the Government to carry out a comprehensive appraisal of areas that qualify for hardship allowance and how those that deserve can be infused into the system."
