I appreciate the fact that two points of order were raised and you have given the Whip of the Majority Party an opportunity not to respond, but to promise to respond. However, the Whip of the Majority Party is now taking us through a lecture session on Kisii politics. How is that relevant to the two points of order that were raised? My substantive point of order is this: We are two hours into a session, and we have not yet addressed the first substantive business for this afternoon.
