    "content": "This matter must be taken seriously because if we do not pay attention, we will be required to build more rehabilitation centres. I support the notion that we better prevent than cure because we do not have the adequate capacity to cure mental illness. This Bill is a good indicator that we are now walking the talk of dealing with mental issues. I support this particular amendment Bill that focuses on mental health. An amendment has been proposed to the Commission and its functions so that it has more functions to enable it sort out more problems that our police forces are facing."
