    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I want to comment on Sen. Cherarkey’s Statement about the state of affairs in Kapsabet County Referral Hospital. I also want to comment on the Statement by Sen. Muma on SHA. When our people go to hospitals, they end up buying medicine. We wonder where the money we sent to counties go. These two statements must be followed-up properly. Others are suffering because of SHA because it is not working. It takes a long process for patients to access SHA and be treated.
