I am the Vice-Chairperson of Committee on Finance and Budget. Our resolution as a committee is that we are planning to visit each and every county on the issue of pending bills because it has been a thorny issue. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, just to touch on the issue of SHA, the SHA has been politicised. It is diverting our focus from the people who are really in need.
