    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to state that I received the information about the problem at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) from the Director. The issue of power surges and outages is a very common phenomenon. I am happy to hear from the Assistant Minister that he has now instructed the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) engineers to look at the problem. However, I would like him to make a follow up, because it appears as if no action has been taken. Could the Assistant Minister give this House that assurance?"
