    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I just wanted to point out that I hope that as we observe the 40 days of Lent, we will fix the issue of blood transfusion in Kenya. You may know that we are having a problem of reagents and blood bags. Kenyans are dying in hospitals today. It is a big problem when we do not have blood for transfusion just because we cannot test blood. I hope that as we observe this Lent period, we will sort this issue out as a matter of urgency before it escalates into a national crisis of monumental status."
