    "content": "In conclusion, I urge the House to approve the list of these nominees to the 100 NG- CDF committees for the 100 constituencies to prevent disruption in NG-CDF operations and to facilitate smooth governance at the constituency level. I also want to say that points of order were raised yesterday on NG-CDF management, especially on approval of projects. We urge the NG-CDF Board to approve the projects so that as money is disbursed, there are projects to be implemented. We also noted that the Constituencies Development Committees have received approximately Ksh23 to 30 million and, therefore, we need these committees in place. We also need approval and code lists to ensure that work is done by the NG-CDF. I thank you. I request Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah, who is here now, to second."
