    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it has to be appreciated that we have a very long boundary with Ethiopia, and for a number of years, there have been conflicts in Ethiopia. The OLF elements engage security officers on the other side and we do know that there have been times when they sneak into our country. That is a fact! When that information comes to us, we deal with it. That is precisely what we are doing now, given the allegations that have been made not only by the hon. Member, but even on the ground. We are, therefore, looking for those people wherever they are. We are not only looking for them in Samburu, but also in certain parts of Eastern Province, especially the upper sides. Our intention is to ensure that the areas that have been referred to; that is Samburu, Isiolo and some parts of Eastern Province are secure. We will make sure that they are hunted down wherever they are. We shall apprehend them and chase them out of our country."
