"content": "One of the things my colleague Hon. Keynan has talked about is equity and inclusivity. So many areas have been neglected. The time has come for the government to start seriously addressing the issue of equity and inclusivity. I have just come from the recruitment of members of the Board of Management (BoM) in schools. My mind is very clear: whether they are Muslims or not, but they are capable of assisting in the management of schools, they need to be included. That is inclusivity. I am on record saying that if there is a person who cannot see but can speak and do something for a school, they need to be included. This Board knows the environment they operate in and it will engage stakeholders. When we bring everybody on Board, we will move Kenya in the right direction."
