    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding the utilization of the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) allocation for constituencies in Taita Taveta County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide a breakdown of the annual NG-CDF for Voi, Mwatate, Wundanyi and Taveta constituencies from the 2017/2018 financial year to the 2024/2025 financial year. (2) Table a list of- a) all projects in the four constituencies that were funded by the NG-CDF allocations for the specified financial years indicating the commencement and completion dates for each of the projects and the respective project cost; b) companies that submitted bids for each project undertaken during the period in question specifying those that won the tender; and, c) companies that were awarded tenders under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) programme.
