    "content": "Majority Leader’s County of Kericho, where we have had serious issues of cattle rustling reported. We have put a framework where leaders cooperate so that we can deal with this issue of cattle rustling and bring it to an end. In the Bill by the late Sen. Cheptumo, we proposed a framework where we will ensure that livestock is labelled and specific to a county to enable any person to trace its origin so that you cannot steal livestock from Kericho County and transport it to Kisumu County or to Kakamega County. That way, we will bring an end to the perennial problem of cattle rustling in this country. I support."
