    "content": " Hon. Senators, there is a Communication from the Chair about visiting teachers and students from Light Academy in Nairobi County. Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the public gallery this afternoon of visiting teachers and students from Light Academy in Nairobi County. The delegation comprises of five teachers and 50 students who are in the Senate for a one-day academic exposition. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit. I thank you. I give an opportunity to Deputy Speaker, Sen. Kathuri, to also welcome them."
