    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, let me begin by appreciating the Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Hon. Sen. Wakoli moved this report this afternoon. I also appreciate the rest of the members of that committee, particularly those who are involved in the investigations to the Petition that was filed before the committee leading to this report today. To the team, it is one thing to receive it and it is another thing to make the recommendations that they have made in regards to this Petition.
