    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Mr. Cabinet Secretary, your team was in Bungoma County sometime back in a public institution to recruit young people to go to the diaspora to work. I have received their calls and they are travelling to Nairobi City County, so that they can be facilitated to get the Social Health Authority (SHA) to enable them to travel abroad. What is the contract between the SHA or any other insurance towards these young people going outside the country to work? I thank you."
