May the Cabinet Secretary correct that spelling to make reference to specific names. Yes, the letter refers to Catherine Muna, which is a misrepresentation. My question to him is on his response to the fact that the Ministry has posted labour attachés to a number of our missions abroad. I would like to get specifics or a confirmation that these labour attachés are in all our missions. If not, which are those missions without labour attachés? How do they deal with issues like what Sen. Osotsi has raised in instances where we do not have labour attachés in our missions abroad? Thank you."
