    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am standing in for Sen. James Murango of Kirinyaga County. These are the Questions that he has for the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection- (1) What has led to the increase in the number of street children in major towns across Kirinyaga County, including Ngurubani, Kutus, Kagio, Sagana and Kerugoya? (2) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide details on Government programmes for the rescue and rehabilitation of street children in Kirinyaga County and provide a status update on efforts to re-integrate these children with their families? (3) What is the Government doing to support street families to access formal education, obtain national identity cards and secure job opportunities within and outside the country? I thank you."
