    "content": "- (1) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the deteriorating condition of Nyayo House in Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD), which houses the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services, and indicate whether there are immediate plans to renovate it to ensure efficient delivery of services to Kenyans? (2) What measures has the government put in place to ensure that both the public and government officials working at Nyayo House have access to adequate facilities including clean water, sanitary amenities and a conducive working environment? (3) Could the Cabinet Secretary also confirm whether there is budgetary allocation for the renovation of Nyayo House in the Financial Year 2025/2026 and if so state the amount."
