"content": "I rise to seek answers to the following- (1) Why have the killers of Mr. Isaac Jarso a resident of Kone Village in Tana River county who was killed by suspecting Kenya Wild Life Service (KWS) officer on the 29th, December, 2024 not yet arrested? (2) When will the killers be arrested given that a similar incident happened in Nakuru county on the 18th, January, 2025 and within hours, arrests of the suspected KWS officers was made? (3) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officers are yet to make arrests when the suspects are known KWS officers? (4) When will the family of the late Mr. Jarso be compensated following his unfortunate death? I thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir."
