    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I am shocked to hear the answer from the Cabinet Secretary telling this Hon. House that IDPs in Marsabit County were resettled, compensated and bursaries given to them. The Cabinet Secretary is misled by being told that these people have been resettled. I want the Cabinet Secretary to provide evidence that shows that those IDPs were compensated, resettled and given bursaries and by who. As far as I know, there were no bursaries given to IDPs and no settlements at all. So, if there is any evidence--- The Cabinet Secretary cannot tell this House---"
