(Dr.) Murango is talking about is not only in Murang’a but also in Machakos. There is a lot of insecurity especially in a place called Matungulu in Machakos County and other areas. What are you doing about it? There is also the issue of transfer of police officers who have been serving in some stations for more than three years."
