As the practice is, whenever a matter sub judice is raised in the House the Chair takes time to acquaint itself with the substance of the matter and then rules on the sub judice rule. Under the circumstances I direct that this Question be placed on the Order Paper on Thursday next week. In the meantime, the Chair will have to go through the suit papers.
