    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also wish to ride on the same issue regarding KPLC. It is becoming a troublemaker. In my constituency, KPLC installed six transformers, registered members of the community as users, and agreed on metres. Then they installed the power, but delayed the metres for almost eight months. After that, they came back, vandalised everything, and carried away the transformers, leaving the community in darkness. It is their own failure not to bring enough transformers and delay.
