    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I just want to be very brief and talk about the issue of the media and the House. My colleagues have said that it should be the work of this House trying to tell the media not to report. I see it differently, Hon. Speaker. Since we are the initiators of the Bills, most of the Bills come from the Government side and others come from the Members of Parliament, why do we not have a communication strategy whereby either the owner of the Bill or Parliament, in a very simplified manner, communicates the objects of the Bill? Commenting on this issue of the Public Audit (Amendment) Bill, procedurally, budget issues relating to the Auditor-General come to the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
